Large spacious yard with firepit.



There are 2 ponds for pets to play in and plenty of space for enjoying nature.

Full access to private home with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, private living room

with futon and workspace, washer and dryer, and private patio with BBQ, hot

tub and spacious yard with firepit.



Game room with 2 electric guitars and game machine guests can play. Board

games, children's books, and beanbag chair that makes out to a pallet bed.

Bedrooms include TVs and large TV included in living area with stereo.



Large yard with easy access to private parking spacious enough for trailers

The home is an older home, at least 100 years old. It is a rustic home in a

country setting.



There are space heaters used.



Some furniture and decoration may change from what is shown in the photos.



This is a rural country setting 6 mi from the closest gas station and 30 mi

from Walmart. There’s a grocery store named Tates on Highway 54 and two Dollar

Generals in Greenfield. We supply ketchup, mustard, mayo, pancake mix, syrup,

butter, and a few snacks and waters.



Located 110 from Nashville or Memphis. 46 miles from Jackson, 12 miles to

Bethel University, 26 miles from UTM and 37 miles from Paris Landing State

Park.
