"I always start with the positives:
1. The room and common areas were clean.
2. The desk clerks were friendly and efficient.
3. The heating and bathroom fixtures operated correctly.
The only negative I noticed was the WiFi. It was a little intermittent and not the fastest. However, I've had much worse.
