"The staff were very helpful and recommended local restaurants for dining. The room itself was clean but, had a wet dog smell when we first entered the room that seemed to linger during our entire stay. We bought some air freshener to help eliminate it."

"Our family of 8 had plenty of room in this spacious and beautiful lodge. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and well supplied kitchen. Not far from Glacier National Park, downtown Whitefish, skiing and Glacier International Airport. Would definitely recommend. Hope to be back someday."

"We rented this home while gathering in Whitefish for my father's funeral, and it could not have been more perfect. The property was even more beautiful than the photos and exceeded our expectations in every way.The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we might need, including small touches that made a big difference, like Band-Aids and other essentials. The amenities were wonderful, and our family enjoyed the volleyball net, Frisbee and the beautiful yard overlooking a peaceful river. It provided the perfect place to relax, reflect and spend time together.One of the sweetest surprises was arriving to fresh-baked bear claw cookies waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and immediately made us feel welcome.This was a very emotional and meaningful trip for our family, and this home made it even more special. It provided comfort, beauty and a place where we could create a few treasured memories during a difficult time. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Whitefish.Thank you for helping make a special time in our lives even more memorable. "

"Our family (5 adults) loved our stay as it felt like we had our own private ranch. The property is beautiful and rustic, both inside and out, and we enjoyed sitting on the porches and seeing deer grazing by the pond. We grilled bison burgers one night and enjoyed eating dinner on the back porch then making s’mores around the fire pit. When it rained, we were happy to find games to play like Scrabble.The Master Suite is very nice with an office loft which my husband really appreciated. I loved the screen porch and large bathroom & closet. It was also really nice that everyone (two couples & one single) had their own bathrooms and space to spread out.We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful in answering questions and suggesting restaurants and things to do. The location was good for a home base on the west side for visiting Kalispell, Bigfork and Columbia Falls, but it’s a 45 minute drive to the west entrance of Glacier National Park. I knew that on the front end so we built in drive time. Overall, we loved the feel & privacy of the ranch and highly recommend. It made our family trip fun, comfortable and memorable!"

"We had a great stay at the Hayes home. It was very comfortable and spacious. Lots to do there at the house with lawn games, hot tub and the river at the bottom of the garden with paddle boards and canoes to use. Lots of space for big families, different areas to chill out and relax or all come together on the main deck to cook and eat. The local area has lots to do, Good restaurants and cafes, lots of outdoor activities and access to the park is pretty close. John was a great host with quick communication."
