Glaciar Spegazzinni Holidays from NZ$9,422

The hotel was fine for the price, especially over the 4th of July weekend. It met our needs, but I was disappointed by a surprise charge that wasn't clearly included when we booked through Expedia. The hotel added a mandatory $35/day destination fee at checkout, which could be used toward food and beverages or a bike rental. Since we didn't need the bike rental, we ended up using the credit on food and drinks, and honestly, the food quality was pretty mediocre and food service was extremely slow. The fee wasn't reflected in the total price shown during booking, so our final bill was higher than expected. I wish all mandatory fees were disclosed upfront so travelers know the true cost before booking. Had I known about this additional charge, I probably would have chosen a different hotel with better amenities for the same overall price.

Great staff! Facility needs make over and elevator work.

I could not find the dryer and called to the front desk. She told me to bring it to am right away but it was not coming for 30 minutes. I finally went to the front desk while my hair was wet and got it from another staff. I called twice but she didn’t feel that was emergency.

The staff was friendly and was a great location to go to the world cup game.
