"My family and I were celebrating my sister's 70th birthday . There were 18 of us in total. Six were children. The house was big enough to accommodate all of us. The rooms were non traditional in the basement but my family enjoyed where they slept and had no complaints. The teenagers truly enjoyed the large yard, the hot tub and the fire pit. The very young children enjoyed the space to just run and play. My sister and I just enjoyed being together for two nights with our family and looking at the beautiful view. It was rainy and cold so we could not do any lake activities but there were many things we could have done that are listed. The host,Jeff was fantastic. He was easy to contact and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay with a large group. You can do very little as we chose to do or entertain yourself in a variety of ways. We all had a great stay and hope to do it again. . "

"The outside areas around the cottage are adorable! Very inviting and cute vibe from the start. We walked in and each said “I love it!” SUPER clean. The little goodies just for us and all the little thoughtful touches were so sweet. Plenty of backyard grass for our two dogs. It was obvious the space was very pet-friendly. Wanda thought of everything, and our communication with her was perfect - caring and informative without being invasive. The neighborhood around the cottage is very quiet and we all felt extremely safe. We absolutely loved the nearby little town of Woodstock - strongly encourage a visit there! We all slept great - very comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of blankets. I wish we could have stayed longer. Overall a wonderful experience in a very happy, cozy, cute, and comfortable environment. We have no complaints at all and definitely recommend a stay here! "
