They both greeted us and asked if we would require an evening meal which we did. They were able to join us for a drink before serving the MOST delicious four course meal from locally sourced produce (including from their own garden) and wine at a very reasonable price. Gite for 6-9: wooden house w/ a high-quality contemporary layout & lots of space

"La maison est spacieuse et agréable avec un bel espace de vue et une belle terrasse. La proximité de la route altère un peu l’intimité (beaucoup de gens passent à pied ou en vélo et il n’y a pas de haie qui protège du regard) mais, contrairement à nos inquiétudes premières, le bruit n’est pas gênant. Le gîte est vraiment adapté pour 6 personnes, pas 8 (le dernier couchage est un clic clac sur le palier). Les chambres sont grandes. L’ensemble est propre et bien pensé, idéalement situé pour se rendre au lac. Les commerces sont proches. L’équipement cependant est un peu vieillissant (ou premier prix) et mériterait d’être renouvelé : ustensiles de cuisine, pas de lumière dans une chambre, fuite dans les toilettes, douche qui déborde très vite. Bonne literie. L’entretien de la maison est assez facile. Heureusement d’ailleurs car les frais de ménage sont exorbitants."
