Elevators are a bit slow most of the time but otherwise a good stay. I’ve been here for a week at a time 4 times now. It’s always easy and the monorail station is super convenient.

This was my first time traveling to NYC with my Family. This Hotel was excellent, the breakfast was one of the best I've had in all my travels and the staff was great. The location was close to everything . Ill definitely recommend this Hotel

"Reception staff really helpful for everything. Very nice hotel with good spacious rooms. Location is good, especially for an easy airport transfer, however for tourist things given the up / down of Bilbao levels, its very hilly, its best to use the metro, which is 2 min walk from the hotel.
