The “highlight” is the spacious 16-square-meter balcony, furnished with a table, chairs, and curtains, from which you can enjoy the view of the sea—and if you stretch out your arm, you can almost touch the pine forest from the balcony!
It’s important to note that access to the residence is reserved exclusively for owners, as there are access gates that operate only with a remote control.
The parking space is private, numbered, and, of course, located within the residence.
About 150 metres away along the pedestrian path, there’s a supermarket for small daily purchases; about 400 metres away, you’ll find a supermarket open during the summer, and about 1 km away, there’s another one open year-round.
