Everything was excellent. Only issue was in-room coffee maker had some water already in reservoir (hmm) which made coffee cup overflow ever slightly bit more importantly confirmed this item was not carefully cleaned. All else was spotless.

The house was excellent. Has everything you need, which we really appreciated, we didn't have to bring anything from home! It was very clean and my boys just loved all the space. We plan on being return visitors, anytime we visit our KY family, we will stay at this house if it's available!
