Welcome to Pini Apartment, a charming accommodation on the ground floor of Casa Torretta, ideal for 4 guests, but capable of hosting up to 6 people. Perfect for a relaxing vacation, Pini offers a serene retreat with modern comforts. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms with a comfortable double bed, two functional bathrooms with shower, a living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a double sofa bed. It also boasts a spacious private garden with outdoor table and chairs. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

The apartment is located within the Casa Torretta complex, which consists of 6 apartments, born from the renovation of an ancient villa in the middle of an olive grove. Our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful view of the Gulf of Patti.

• The pool is open from May to October.

• Wi-Fi is available only in the area surrounding the pool.

Séjour de 6 nuits dans ce beau logement, assez grand pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants de 9,12 et 14 ans. Belle vue de la petite terrasse. Piscine bien entretenue. Nicola, le responsable, est très sympathique et disponible.

Gute Unterkunft mit Beschreibungs-Ungenauigkeiten

Zu den mangelhaften Angaben zuerst: Das WLAN/Internet ist in der Wohnung nicht verfügbar. Im TV sind keine deutschen Sender empfangbar. Die Ausstattung - insbesondere der Küche - ist für sechs Personen ungenügend. Die Anlage und auch die Wohnung sind insgesamt sehr ansprechend und lassen wirkliches Urlaubs- und Erholungsgefühl aufkommen. Der private Poolbereich und der Pool selbst sind für sechs Parteien gut ausreichend. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Terrasse ist sehr groß. Die Wohnung ist mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zugeordneten Bädern für vier Personen okay. Ob sich aber sechs Personen wohl fühlen würden, wagen wir zu bezweifeln. Die Wohnung hat ein sehr unzureichendes Angebot von Stauraum und Ablageflächen (Schlafzimmer nur mit einem Schrank, im Wohnbereich nur die Kommode, auf der der Fernseher steht). Das gilt auch für die Küche, in der auch die Ausstattung mit Geschirr zu wünschen übrig lässt. Wir sind eine dreiköpfige Familie und für uns war das Geschirr gerade so ausreichend. Zudem fanden wir es verschmutzt vor und erhielten für zwei Wochen nur ein Trockentuch. Die ungenügende Funktionalität des Gasherds unterstützte sehr das gemütliche Kochen, bzw. die Vorfreude auf das Essen. Die Autobahn empfanden wir jetzt auch bei geöffneten Fenstern oder Türen nicht als sehr störend. Zugegeben ist die Zufahrt ab der Küstenstraße eng und kurvenreich. Sie ist aber nicht zwingend ein Problem, weil es immer die gleiche Straße ist (nur einmal abbiegen). Alles in Allem ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, der durch die Unterstützung und Hilfsbereitschaft von Nicola (Stellvertreter der Verwalterin) zum Urlaub wurde. Trotz der genannten Unzulänglichkeiten, für die er wohl nicht verantwortlich ist. Aber wegen der genannten Mängel stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei diesem Angebot nicht und wir vergeben insgesamt nur drei Sterne.

Schönes Ambiente oberhalb des Meeres

Die Wohnungen sind wie auf den Fotos sehr hübsch, der Garten mit Olivenhain, mediterranen Pflanzen und super Pool sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Min. mit dem Auto, ebenso der nächste Kiesstrand - zu Fuß ist dieser nicht erreichbar. Kleine Warnung: Im Dunkeln dürfte es auch per Navi kaum zu finden sein, da die Navi-Anleitungen nicht eindeutig sind. Tagsüber gibt es aber ein paar Wegweiser. Die Autobahn im Tal ist hier oben am Hang deutlich zu hören, sonst hätten wir glatt 5 Punkte gegeben. Wir waren im Oktober da und schliefen mit geschlossenen Fenstern, dann ist es kein Problem. Der Besitzer Nicola ist super-nett und war immer behilflich, wenn wir hier oder da eine Kleinigkeit wollten. Für entspannten Familienurlaub sehr zu empfehlen.
