  • This panoramic villa is located in the Santo Stefano area of Gioiosa Marea (ME), just 6 km from the sea. Set in a peaceful hillside location with stunning views, it’s pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friends along.



    The 100 sqm apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and features a living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a traditional Moka pot, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and fan.



    Outdoors, relax in your private garden or on two open terraces with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. An outdoor shower and barbecue add extra comfort for relaxing moments and outdoor dining.



    Street parking is available. Up to 3 pets are welcome during your stay. Please keep pets supervised, as the property’s fence is not sufficient to prevent them from wandering off if left unattended. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.

Fantastische Lage in den Bergen mit einem einfachen großzügigen Haus.

Pros: Der Panoramablick, die Lage, das gemütliche Haus, der super freundliche hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Cons: Wenige Kleinigkeiten an der Ausstattung (defekter Wasserhahn, defekte Klospülung). Aber alles nicht schlimm.

un magnifique séjour

Pros: Immersa nel verde, con ampio terrazzo da cui si apre un magnifico scenario sulle acque azzurre, che all'orizzonte incontrano Le Isole Eolie, alla sera indorate da incantevoli tramonti. Torniamo spesso a godere della pace e della gioia che questa villa ci offre. Delizioso il proprietario, il Signor Ernesto, cuore d'oro e squisita gentilezza. Il TOP. Rita e Jean - Luc.
