Very small. Very dirty including black mold all over in the bathroom. They cleaned them after our requests, but not enough apologies. Only good thing about this property is the area. Ginza is close to every where.

Ginza is primarily an expensive shopping area, but there are all kinds of fun cocktail bars scattered around town. I enjoyed my stay here, and the staff was excellent.

A property that has obviously passed its time. Air conditioning was not working, remediated only by the manager unlocking the window. It is passable for an overnight stay as it is close to the train station. Not recommended as base for exploring Tokyo.
