"Awesome hotel. No dining options at all around hotel as it is on its own. Have to pay to use the pool which is a first and extremely disappointing. Nice hotel but let down by location and unable to use facilities without fees"

"If Busan is on your list and youโre traveling with a full crew, this stay is a rare find.
The location is literally about a 2-minute walk from Haeundae Beach, and the views alone made it worth it.
The space comfortably fit all six of us (which is harder to find than it should be), without anyone feeling cramped. It strikes that balance between practical and polishedโroomy enough for family life, yet still elevated enough to feel like a proper getaway. We stayed in the โPanoramic Ocean View Suite,โ and the view from the living room was absolutely stunning.
Location-wise, itโs hard to beat. Youโre exactly where you want to beโsteps from the beach and surrounded by both local gems and popular spots, making it easy to switch between exploring and relaxing.
What stood out most was the staffโconsistently helpful, genuinely attentive, and quick to make everything feel effortless.
Weโve stayed at other residence-style hotels nearby, but this one clearly stands out in both location and overall experience.
If youโre visiting Busan with more than four people, this is an easy recommendationโone of those stays that simply works, and a place where youโll create great memories with family and friends."
"Now I understand why everyone leaves rave reviews for the Westin, despite it being older than the competition. I made this reservation last minute for a whole week, and my goodness, it was such a relaxing stay.
The hotel was renovated I believe in 2024, so the rooms were actually quite new. The views from the room and from every restaurant were from the best angle on the beach. I tried four, including the new deli, and they were quite good with late hours. Try the cocktails.
The Westinโs location and lower height gives you the best beachfront experience. Itโs like you almost have your own private resort. Open the window, and youโre close enough to smell fresh sea air as well as hear the soothing sound of waves. Step out the back entrance, turn left and youโre right on the beach. Turn right and you can take a romantic walk along the decked trail to a lighthouse and up a hill. You canโt do that at any other Haeundae hotel. This really is the best feng-shui.
Lastly, I have to say that every step of the way from my arrival to departure, every single staff member I interacted with provided impeccable service promptly, smoothly, and with such gracious manners. I am now a believer in the Westin experience in Busan. "
"Hotel is ok for its price range. Good breakfast selections. Room quite tight. Bathroom is like one you'll find in a cruise ship. Really tiny. Front desk staff is awful. We're in our 70s. I asked if we could have extra pillows because we have a bit of discomfort when the pillows are not sufficiently elevated. The young lady at the front desk was hesitant. There is a young man, who was obviously more senior, was instructing her how to respond instead of just replying directly to me. She said the hotel only allowed one extra pillow per room. This is the first hotel that we have visited that declined this type of request. "
