Stay comfortably in beautiful Alton Bay with a nice patio for sitting out to enjoy the views of Lake Winni. Beautiful sunsets looking out at Diamond Island & Rattlesnake Island. Nestled in a tranquil setting, this brilliant property features 2 queen beds, a cozy sunroom with a futon that has a pullout twin bed below. and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. There is also an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine & dryer during their stay. Fully applianced kitchen with all you will need to make your stay enjoyable. NO PARTIES …. NO FIREWORKS.

Fun on the lake

One of the best locations on the lake. Great views and crystal clear sandy bottom water for as far out as you want to go.

We had an awesome stay hosted by Darlene. The house is the perfect mix of a nostalgic cottage and modern amenities. The house was well stocked with everything you need for a visit to the lake and very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the patio that has gorgeous views of lake Winni and features multiple sightings per day of the Mount Washington boat rides. The water is so clean, clear & refreshing. We definitely plan to stay again.

We loved this property and enjoyed our time spent here. It was larger then we expected and the location was top notch. The proximity to the lake and the use of facilities were exemplary. The beach is fantastic and the overall surroundings were majestical. Check in was simple and same goes for check out procedures. The kitchen has everything you could ask for and the overall space was very accommodating. We would defiantly come back here to enjoy another visit!Regards,The Leahys

This is my favorite part of lake winni. The bonus is the late sun so you can swim all day long! Don and Darlene are friendly and super helpful with an immaculate property. It’s a little sliver of paradise. Another bonus is the great water pressure!!My whole family including our little girls loved the smell when you enter the cottage.

We had an amazing time at this waterfront gem! The sandy beach was just steps from the house, and the dock made it incredibly easy to launch our boat and soak in those sunset cruises. The kids had an absolute blast swimming, playing on the shore, and pretending we owned the place (honestly, same).One night, a surprise storm rolled in out of nowhere (cue dramatic music), and the power went out—but plot twist! The on-site generator kicked in without a hiccup, and we didn’t miss a beat. Huge bonus points for that.Everything was as described, and honestly, even better. We’d absolutely stay here again. Already dreaming about our next visit!

Lovely property! Water front and beautiful beach! Don and Darlene were extremely attentive in answering all of our questions. Would be helpful to have noted in the listing that owners live directly behind the property.
