This hotel seems to be in the process of being updated, and overall, it was a pleasant and clean place to stay. The room was comfortable, amenities were solid, and the continental breakfast was decent. It was an affordable and convenient stop during our long road trip. We were satisfied with our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and value.

The heating system is really poor. Extremely warm and have to run A/C to cool room. A/C is noisy to say the least. A/C running in 20-30 degree weather makes little sense.

We stay here whenever we pass through Gillette. It's very clean, nice beds, great shower, fridge, microwave and coffee and continental breakfast in very pretty space.

The bathroom floor was not clean. The air conditioner made a rattle noise all night. The breakfast eggs may not have even been eggs. Some sort of yellow fluff.

Well there was a full set of toenails on the floor upon entering our room and also and also leftover feces on the toilet and wet towel that had been nicely folded. Had to wait upon checkin for quite a while before someone showed up. Sleeping in car all night would have been a better option. Just nasty

The staff was awesome and check in was quick. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and Rgr shower clogged. The room had a fridge and microwave and the room was very clean. The area was quiet and safe with restaurants and groceries stores within walking distance.

Decent stay for the price but our bathroom light burnt out and we had to talk with multiple staff members before one was able to help us get it replaced—we were originally told it wouldn’t be replaced until the next day. Room was fine but bare minimum and there was no elevator to get to the upper floor. Fine for us as we’re young and healthy but not ideal and was annoying carrying all our bags up and down the stairs.
