Excellent stay, well located and great service.

Nice hotel in a quiet side-street 1 minute walk from the water (where you can snorkel right off the beach and see great marine life, even sea turtles). Also close to all the restaurants but not noisy. Amazing service. Recommended.

The food, beach, and cleanliness were all excellent. However, the loud noise at night from the street was a bit disappointing. The staff were very kind, and their responsible and proactive response to any issues made me want to use this place again. A special thanks to Annie at the Front desk

Verry beautiful suite Staff verry friendly and dedicated. Well situated : not far from arrival boat port, on the beach but not in the clubs and noisy area wich was perfect. Spa was ok but The quality of the staff ( massages) are not equal. Some verry good , some not good We had an issue with the fridg. They were very fast to arrange for another fridg. Dislikes : alley to go to the suite is in need of repair and maintenance , they do not serve any alcool, water gallon in suite is in the outside portion, so the water is hot

Je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel. Bien que l’endroit soit agréable, j’ai été victime d’un vol dans ma chambre : de l’argent a disparu de ma valise fermée. Cela s’est produit alors que seul le personnel d’entretien y entrait. Le fait que la direction n’ait rien fait pour régler ce problème est tout simplement scandaleux. Un hôtel où l’on doit craindre pour ses biens personnels est un hôtel à fuir.

always no electricity power.....

i stay 3... frist night i check in at the afternoon 3pm somthing... there was NO electricity power...and i return back to hotel at 2200 still not fix up...until 2300 the power was back... at the next day the power was stop sudden, nearly few times aday... at the last night...they press the bell at the night time and wake me up... the reason is they need to come to my room to fix the power to the other... making me very very stressful for the power happens...

Schöne Zeit im La Bella.

Wir fanden es sehr schön im La Bella und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Natürlich kann man es nicht mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel in Europa vergleichen dafür ist es auch wesentlich günstiger. Wenn einmal ein Tierchen über die Terrasse läuft dann ist das in Indonesien nun Mal so da kann das Hotel auch nichts dafür. Das gesamte Personal war immer super freundlich und wenn einmal etwas nicht gepasst hat dann würde der Wunsch direkt erfüllt.

There was no signage and we needed to ask were the villas were and after navigating a not so nice laneway (building going on the street frontage) the villa presented as the photos suggested. The bed was welcoming and very comfortable along with your own private pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.
