"I really enjoyed my stay at Pink Coco, but I do have some constructive feedback that I hope will be received in the positive spirit intended. Cleanliness: My room was lovely, but I was slightly unnerved to find a hair on the sheets that was definitely not mine. Restaurant: I ordered a breakfast that promised ‘soft boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes on sourdough’. What I got was a bit different; hard boiled eggs (fridge cold) and guacamole on brown bread (no mention of avocado on the menu). It was okay, but not what I ordered. The staff at Pink Coco are SO kind and helpful, and I want them to do well. "

"We had booked our stay at Pearl of Trawangan with the clear understanding that breakfast was included in the room rate. However, the actual experience was quite disappointing and misleading. At the restaurant, the “included breakfast” was limited to just one juice and one main dish per person. While the staff kept emphasizing that this was “free,” it did not feel like a proper included breakfast as typically expected at a hotel of this category. There was no buffet or flexibility, and any additional items were chargeable. Additionally, there was a safety concern during our stay. There was an exposed/open nail outside our room, which could have easily caused injury. When we reported this, the staff did fix it, but the way it was handled made it seem like they were doing us a favor rather than addressing a basic safety issue that should have been proactively managed. This creates a gap between what is advertised during booking and what is actually delivered on-site. When a hotel mentions “breakfast included,” guests generally expect a more comprehensive offering, not a restricted set menu with minimal options. Overall, while the property itself may have its positives, these issues felt misleading and impacted our experience. I would strongly recommend that the hotel clearly communicate the exact breakfast inclusions at the time of booking and ensure basic safety standards are properly maintained to avoid inconvenience to guests."

"Rooms we're perfect and very clean and smart. Pool areas we're good. Only thing that let's this property down is the staff, it is very hit and miss, some staff we're unbelievable and others we're rude. We rented 2 bikes and they both broke then we tried to use an adverstised Hotels.com bar discount and they took it really funny and tried to do anything not to give it us"

"Great place! The sea view is amazing, and there’s a very good spot to enter the water. The restaurant has a beautiful view, and it’s very close to the sunset point. The accommodation is nice and very comfortable, and the staff is wonderful — very friendly and helpful. The only point is that the cleanliness could be improved a little. Overall, we had a great experience! "

"Needed a place to stay one night while exploring Gili Tea and this place was perfect. Cheap yet clean/comfortable. Staff was amazing as well. Thank you guys!"

"First, the positives... We stayed in a Julu room. The bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and sweet, and treated us very well. I appreciated that someone came around every dusk to light a mosquito coil on our front patio. My wife and I also really enjoyed having the patio to sit on in the evening after dinner. There is a lovely fan right above the sitting area which keeps things cool and keeps mosquitoes away. Also, the property's cats are very sweet. The included a la carte breakfast was also quite good. It was nice being right across the street from the beach and there are turtles swimming just off the shoreline. The staff arranged transportation from the resort to the peer, a boat to Lombok, and a car waiting to take us to the airport. It was seamless. Now, for the downside... There were not a lot of electrical outlets in the room. The only one we could find access was in the bathroom. The woven seats in the room when we checked in, were too low for us to sit on. But when we asked for chairs they accommodated us with some from the dining area. The photos of the rooms make it look quite bright; they're actually quite dark even with the inside lights on. As the bathroom is partially outdoors (traditional Indonesian), that means it's usually quite hot and humid in there and mosquitoes are readily able to access that area. Another thing to be aware of is that the north side of the island it's not as quiet as I had thought. There are "
