"Lovely hotel, I was mesmerized by the design as you enter. Greeted with a smile at the front desk, provided instructions to get to the room, the building was across from the main building and to get to my room was a bit far but it was nice away from any noise. The view was semi garden but in actuality was the hotel parking lot but it was ok. The room was so big for 1 person and had plenty of storage, loved the bathroom very spacious, great to have a fridge and microwave. Love you can connect your cell phone to the tv to watch your favorite shows. I discovered an easier back door to leave without getting lost again to go to the lobby or walk to the near by shops and restaurants. I would definitely coming back but different month with the excessive heat I wish I explored the area more. The coffee shop restaurant breakfast was excellent, must try at the hotel, had the avocado sandwich with smoked salmon, excellent give it 5 stars for sure."

"Wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Salt Lake City! Safe and convenient to downtown.....Plenty of places to eat and explore. Parking right in front of rental. Host was super easy to contact and very responsive. Very nice welcome book with lots of recommendations. Rental was clean and very 'chic' - looks just like the pictures....kitchen was well stocked with everything one could use.....Highly recommend booking if you are in town."

"My daughter and I stayed here for two nights to see a concert in Salt Lake. The property was extremely clean and beautiful. We loved it! Check in was easy, the location was great for what we needed and then host was easy to contact. We would stay here again. A few things to note:It is located on a busy, four lane road. However we were not bothered by road noise and appreciated the off street parking. It was very hot and a little humid while we were there. The bedroom has an AC unit that made that room very comfortable. The living area was hot when we arrived and took time to cool down. We appreciated the box fan and used it to help the air from the bedroom cool off the living area.The Vivent security screen in the living room has a very bright green light that cannot be turned off. This would not be an issue if you were only sleeping in the bedroom but one of my daughters was on the sofa bed and it was bright enough to be annoying. We tried covering it with a towel the second night but it still was bright through that towel. The main bed is a very firm mattress , as other reviewers have noted. I like firm and this was too firm for me. It was fine for two nights but just something to be aware of. Other than those things the kitchen had all we needed. We appreciated the clear instructions, and enjoyed our stay. We recommend The Rose Establishment for breakfast and Banbury Cross donuts - just a block away!"
