First Floor: The first floor offers a variety of inviting spaces, including a bright formal living room with cozy seating and a 75-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. The casual family room provides a comfortable spot for conversations, reading, or board games. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, ideal for preparing simple meals or snacks. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room seats eight, making it great for family meals. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

Second Floor: Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed. Two rooms have TVs, and all include window AC units for summer comfort. The master suite offers an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and separate shower, providing a relaxing space after outdoor activities.

Additional amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, multiple fans, a washer and dryer, private backyard seating, outdoor on-site parking, and extra driveway space for your boat or winter gear. Enjoy fun and relaxing outdoor dining with a charcoal/propane grill and gather around the cozy fire pit with Adirondack chairs. There's a spacious outdoor dining table with seating for six—perfect for meals under the stars. Stretch out on the deck for morning yoga or sun lounging. Security: For your safety, there are four outdoor cameras located at the driveway, garage, front patio, and backyard. These cameras will remain on and recording throughout your stay.

Great stay

We stayed here for a concert at the NH Pavillion. The house was very well appointed, clean and great accomodation for 7 adults. Plenty of room and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Wish we planned to stay longer; great location and close to Weirs Beach and Meredith beach areas.

Concert weekend

2 couples, 2 teenagers stayed the weekend to attend 2 concerts! It was perfect, close to stores/gas/food/ice cream & the venue. The bedrooms were beautiful & the beds extremely comfortable. Many places to sit inside & outside, great spacious kitchen. We really enjoyed it

Comfortable, near mountain accommodations

We were in town for a week long youth ski racing event and selected this property based on the proximity to Gunstock (7-8min drive), pictures of the property and reviews. The host was helpful, welcoming and responsive. The home was well-kept, spacious and comfortable for our family. Bonus- my kids LOVED the tree house in the yard. We would definitely return if in the area again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay.The location was ideal – close to the lake, yet peaceful and private, which gave us the best of both worlds. Lovely Property & Attentive Host! Quiet area near EVERYTHING the Lakes Region has to offer!

We had to make a quick pivot from another property and this one fit the bill. Perfect size, all the amenities and the host was on top of everything. Plenty of activities for the kids, 2 extra bedrooms for the sitter and a friend. It's a very short drive to everything. Ellacoya, Weirs Beach, the Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion, Meredith. It's all right there. Communication with the host was instant and always positive. They were there for every one of our questions and even gave us some good recommendations. We will absolutely be staying here again without a doubt. Lovely property and attentive host. No details overlooked!!
