The Master bedroom has a luxury purple mattress Queen bed and a private full bath, the second bedroom has a full bed and the 3rd has a twin bunk bed. There is a full eat in kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. The unit features 2 decks; one screened in deck off the master bedroom and another connected open deck from the living room area. Both decks provide an angle view of the lake and mountains.
    Whether you're a traveling healthcare professional, visiting the area for an extended stay, relocating, working remotely, or looking for a seasonal Lakes Region getaway, this comfortable and beautifully updated condo provides a convenient place to call home.

Great Lake house!

Lakeside Retreat

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very clean, beautifully renovated condo, which is well-located within the condo community, very close to the pool, lake and pickle ball courts. From the condo, we found it was easy to access plenty of activities, including Gunstock Mountain, Weirs Beach, mini golf, and a host of great restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she responded quickly to any questions we had both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely complex.

During our recent stay we found Kathleen Curley gracious and very helpful with answering our questions. The condo was lovely, clean and had all the necessities. We found the mattresses in second bedroom are more for children than comfortable for adults. My husband, being slightly handicapped, found the steps and path to the front door with no railing difficult. The entire complex site is very, very hilly which does not show in pictures. Many stairs and steep grassy paths to get to the lake. We were not able to get down to the lake water. This would be fine for young families or in-shape adults!! Our thanks again to Kathleen.

Perfect condo at Samoset on Lake Winnipesaukee

This condo is well designed and equipped for extended stays. It was just me there most of the time but the 2nd bedroom allowed family to spend the night. the beds and furnishings are quite comfortable and everything was in good working order. Samoset in Gilford is a lovely community. There is so much to do in the Lakes Region and the Fall is my favorite time to visit.

Perfect family vacation

We have 4 young kids and this rental was perfect for us! Being able to switch between lake and pool meant we could make everyone happy. The floating trampoline/raft in the lake was a HUGE hit with the kids!

Wonderful lake house stay!!

Our family had a great week at Lake Winnipesaukee! The Curley family’s lake house was beautiful- clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all of the amenities we could have wanted. The kids loved the “bunk bed room”. My favorite part was the screened-in porch with a couch, which was perfect for reading and napping. The Samoset property has a lot of fun activities including the water trampoline, tons of kids’ beach toys by the lake, salt-water outdoor pool, basketball, tennis, and space for running around and playing. Highly recommended!!

Perfect home away from home

The Curley family home at Samoset had all the amenities/necessities of a lived-in home. We didn't get a chance to use any of the shot glasses, but helped ourselves to mugs, water, and wine glasses. I may have even noticed travel mugs! We brought our beach and bath towels, remembered bar soap, and only had to go to CVS on the same street for shampoo. We weren't too disappointed with 1 rainy day because we had so many options to keep ourselves entertained - the condo community is so large that a map greets you at the entrance, and we came across tennis racquets (or ping pong paddles?), children's (coloring?) books, cornhole, and maybe even a few boardgames around the Curley home. In short, our week here felt like being home away from home.

Lakeside vacation

Week on the lake

A much needed get-away at beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Our unit had a beachy feel with lovely views from the screened in back porch. We spent many hours relaxing at the beach and the pool. The beautiful grounds and extensive amenities make Samoset a great place for a family vacation!

The condo was great! It was clean and well-stocked. Great location with nice open space just beyond the screened porch. The kitchen and outdoor gas grill were terrific (we cooked the majority of our meals). We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family get-away!

Our unit and the entire Samoset community came as advertised. Our condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family of four. We took advantage of all the amenities Samoset has to offer, especially the pools and the beach. The friendly atmosphere and the perfect location on Lake Winnipesaukee made for a truly relaxing vacation. We can't wait to return next year!

Property is very well equipped and has a ton to offer to adults and kids alike!

Samoset has a ton to offer to kids and adults! I'd recommend this location to families or couples. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and bedding helped to keep our packing lighter. 2 decks, a pool and a swimming area at the beach made the stay very enjoyable. Big thanks to the owners for making vacation easier!

Amazing Lil Lakehouse Stay

I loved Kathy's lil lakehouse!!! It was soo well decorated and clean. You can really tell the owners are putting a lot of effort into making it the perfect getaway from every day life. My favorite part was how close you are to the lake also the peek a boo views from the main bedroom didn't hurt either. Btw there's also a pretty big pool within walking distance as well. So there's really a lot of options of places where to tan and swim Lol. I expect that we will come back again next year!!!

Excellent short trip!

We had a wonderful time in this cute and clean condo by the lake. The whole complex was very family friendly and everyone enjoyed the location. The apartment was well equipped, clean and very cozy. We will definitely go there again and will recommend it to our friends and family!

Clean and Comfortable

My family of four had a great stay! The condo was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen, dining, and living areas were all nicely updated. We most enjoyed sitting around the dining room table or out on the screened porch. We were very comfortable for our two night stay (our two kids are grown and no one felt cramped) and we left happy and having no regrets in choosing this condo for our weekend getaway. The grounds of the Samoset are kept up and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed taking walks around in the mornings. It was also very quiet for being a large complex on a weekend in August. We hope to be able to stay again in the future!
