"When I tried to enter the building it was locked at 16.00, their is no intercom or bell to get a member of staffs attention so I needed to leave my suitcases unattended at the front as I walked round the premises trying to find a way in. On check in once in the building their are no lifts which is fine, but the staff on the desk begrudgingly asked if I'd like a hand with my luggage, when I said yes they left my case at the bottom of the staircase and I took both myself. "Large typical German style hotel , some rooms & areas look a bit tired, excellent breakfast, disappointing meal in restaurant, very limited menu, bar closed at 10pm, we had a very quiet midweek stay with almost no guests in the hotel however the hotel caters for large disco events on the weekends so be aware ."
