Dear guest,Thank you for sharing your opinion with us and the rest of users.We are very sorry that you had so bad experience at your stay. Shortly after you made the check in proccess and got into your room you called reception to complain about the kettle. Our staff informed you that this service is not included in your reservation as is only a free service given in Silken Club, Deluxe and Junior Suite rooms. If we dont specify a service in our room descriptions people shouldnt take for granted that something is included. And of course not all 4*star hotels have this service as it is not so frecuently requested for our clients, at least in this area and by Spanish clients. Despite this, we provided you with a kettle and not only the kettle but also infusions, milk... completely free of charge as a courtesy. We fixed the strip between the floorboards immediately and we are sorry that you had to wait until the next day to have the drawer of the nightstand repaired.Finally, our cleaning service is one of the most valued points in our reviews, along with our staff. The cleaning partner who provided youthe kettle also showed you that the glass of the desk wasnt dirty but rather smoked, and that the smell was not at all due to any appearance of mold, but for the heat and condensation (windows closed and 3 people in the room). In fact, the mold was an inconvenience that you remark in your review but it wasnt reported during your stay. We have checked it as well and we can confirm that we havent found any mold at the bathroom.We would be pleased to welcome you again in the next future if you decide to give us another chance.Best regards,

Regarding the charge of one euro for each towel used, we would like to inform you that this was a measure that we decided to carry out after we had them available for free, both in the gym and in the spa. Unfortunately, the use of towels became an abuse, as some bathers took several towels when just one is enoguh to get dried (not to mention, of course, the ones missing). The high cost of washing as well as the waste, made us make the determination to charge a euro (symbolic amount) in order to curb the situation. This probably would not be your case and we apoligize for the inconvenience that this might caused you during your stay. We hope now you understand our policy better with this explanation.
