"L'annonce est incomplète car il est inscrit "logement entier" pour la chambre zen alors qu'il s'agit d'une chambre dans une maison où l'autre chambre peut être louée, ce qui a été le cas. Partager la même salle de bain et toilettes n'est pas confortable. De plus la cabine de douche était sale (moisissures). Il faut prendre les clés dans un enclos où il y a des chèvres et un âne. Le matin du départ, la voisine qui nourrit les animaux a reçu un coup de sabot de l'âne ... Je n'étais pas à l'aise...

"This is a beautifully decorated house with ample space, games for the teens, and a wonderful garden area. The best part of the property was the wonderful hosts. We came in late after many of the restaurants had closed and helped us get something to eat. They truly went above and beyond. It has great access to the Loire Valley chateaus and we wish we had more time at this location. The kitchen, coffee bar and bathroom were exceptional. Hats off to whoever the decorator was! "5 stars for Les Sources 0 stars for Hotels.com We booked a “Junior Suite” based on the Hotels.com description specifically stating the Junior Suites had a “separate sitting area” with photos showing a separated area with a small sofa and that looked perfect for us traveling with our four-year old so he’d have a bit of his own space for sleeping but still be close by to us. When we arrived and checked into our room, it was a beautiful room but a normal hotel room shape with no separation at all. My husband asked at the hotel showing them the booking description and they said no Junior Suites had separate areas and only full Suites did and they didn’t know why the Hotels.com site reflected an inaccurate and misleading booking option - they were incredibly kind and offered two connecting rooms but that wasn’t doable putting a toddler in a room by himself so we stayed with the room we had. I contacted Hotels.com customer service showing the misleading sale they’d made and asked them to update their post for accuracy and asked for a fair rate adjustment (not a refund as we kept a room). They would not update their inaccurate post and said they could not give a rate adjustment because of the hotel wouldn’t agree to it - my ask was to Hotels.com because they owned the false advertising not the hotel. In short - LOVED Les Sources and am extremely disappointed in Hotels.com after being a customer for years and can no longer trust any room offering of theirs."

"As it happened it was the hottest day ever in France when we stayed and the air conditioning was excellent. Excellent mattresses. Very close to the motorway but we didn't hear any noise from it in the room. No restaurant in the hotel but a very short walk to an Italian restaurant which was fine. All in all I can see us staying at this hotel again."
