Good location with a short walk into the city centre Generally a decent hotel, good breakfast, good size rooms and friendly staff. Rooms a little dated decor but nice enough.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and the restaurant is also excellent. Plenty of parking, even in town. Highly recommend!

It was my favorite hotel for my trip to Germany! The staff was lovely and helpful. Parking was excellent. Super comfortable and slept amazing. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious.

Good breakfast, get used to stairs as the lift takes forever, if you want to turn on the aircon, just go to reception as they keep the remotes there! Perhaps move them to another building to make them less convenient? Book to get your room cleaned a week in advance as who would think that room service would do this without an advance request? A hotel seemingly designed to save money for the owners and inconvenience guests.

Im Vorhinein baten wir um einen early Check in, hierfür sollten wir 10 Euro pro Stunde zahlen. Wir nahmen dies dennoch hin und baten ab 13h einchecken zu dürfen, um unsere Koffer abzustellen. Angekommen wusste an der Rezeption niemand davon, als der Empfang ins System geschaut hatte, stand der early Check in auch im System drin, das Zimmer war aber nicht wie besprochen fertig. Natürlich haben wir dann das ganze storniert, und mussten dann erst spät abends nach unserer Veranstaltung einchecken. Total ärgerlich und unnötig, hätte mir hierfür das Telefonat und die Umstände sparen können, geschweige davon, dass 10 Euro pro früherem Check in auch wenig Service orientiert sind. Angekommen im Zimmer herrschte eine Bullenhitze (Klima gibt es nicht),auf Anfrage gab es einen kleinen Tischventilator. Im Timer herrschte schlechte Luft, Fenster leider nur kippbar. Schlechte Luft herrscht auch im Wellness Bereich, ich vermute ein abwasserproblem im Haus. Generell ist das Hotel zwar sehr sauber, aber schon recht veraltet. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist bis 10:30 beschränkt (vermutlich weil ab 11 der Mittagsbrunch losgeht). Dieser war vor über 10 Jahren fantastisch. Das Frühstück derweil sehr reduziert. Alles in allem, nur ok. Würde beim nächsten Mal 20 Euro drauflegen und heyligenstadt buchen
