The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. "The hotel was well located to the bech and bus terminal. the hotel was satisfactory. the view of Mount Etna and beach was very nice.. Main issue was the coffee and juice machines. the coffee was actually chicory and not coffee at all. the juice was not fresh but seened to be some sort of powder mixture. breakfast was satisfactory. croissants had hairs in on first and second visit. not much help from reception regards trips and now to get there."

"We had to make this reservation at the very last moment as our original reservation at another venue got cancelled. The Caesar Palace was very accommodating. The gentleman who was attending the front desk was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good. I think the dinner buffet was very average. Overall, I would give this 4 out of 5 stars."
