A hidden gem

This place is amazing. It is a little tricky to find as it is hidden away, but wow what a beautiful place and the most amazing pool too (set into ancient volcanic rock), which is shared with other apartments. Our apartment had three rooms and a bathroom, as well as two lots of veranda seating. Really big comfortable bed in the main room. Breakfast (vegetarian and all local produce) is served down at the pool side, where there are also shared kitchen facilities, toilets and an outdoor shower. There is a supermarket nearby if required. And lots of restaurants and nightlife in the local towns. We loved this place so much and will definitely come back if we return to Sicily. Only regret was booking just two nights .

La Villa was one of the best holiday experiences we have ever had. The rooms and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. It is easily accessed from a main road and access to the supermarket (10 mins walk) but it feels very private and exclusive. We stayed in the ground floor pool view room which was well equipped and neatly furnished. The highlights of La Villa were the wildlife, gardens and large pool. The breakfast provided by Victoria was delicious and the service was 10/10. Savoury and sweet crepes and flatbreads, cakes and baked, fresh juices and fruits, delicious scrambled eggs and bruschettas. Paola and Giddy made us feel very much at home, nothing was any hassle for them and they were attentive yet also wanting to give us peace and space which is a hard combination to get right - but they absolutely nailed it. The cooking facilities are more than enough for a few families or couples who may be staying at La Villa at the same time. There is ample room in the fridge for daily groceries and the kitchen is well equipped with all the basic utensils and kitchen wares you need. Giddy has a well stocked bar and offers cocktails freshly made. It is a stunning location, relaxed and friendly. We wish we spent more time relaxing here - a definite return trip for us!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

Our experience at **La Vila B\&B** was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. What truly sets La Vila apart is the kindness and attentiveness of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from great restaurant recommendations to tips for exploring Giardini Naxos and Taormina. Le site est bien aménagé et la propriétaire est très sympathique et avenante! Le déjeuner est très généreux et servi dans un environnement rustique en bord de piscine. Magnificent

An amazing villa with amazing surroundings and amazing people running it. Paola and team made our stay a memorable one. The only negative was that our stay was too short. Highly recommend this place for some Sicilian serenity.

Ett enastående ställe

La Villa är en oas där jag och min sambo stannade i fyra nätter. Omgivningarna är oerhört vackra och hela anläggningen ger en känsla av lugn och avkoppling. Rummen är stora, vackert inredda och oklanderligt rena. Poolen ger skön avkoppling och det finns ett gemensamt kök att utnyttja om man hellre vill stanna på området i stället för att äta inne i stan. Det är endast en kort promenad dit på 15 minuter, vilket vi gjorde en kväll, men i övrigt föredrog att stanna på La Villa. Frukosten är något utöver det vanliga och värdinnorna är måna om att det varje morgon erbjuds något nytt som tillägg till en redan fulländad frukost. Ska du till Etna med omnejd, tveka inte, detta ör verkligen ett fantastiskt ställe.

Incantevole !

Quel endroit merveilleux et enchanteur ! J’en cherche encore mes mots, tant l’endroit nous a plu. Au cœur d’une culture de citronniers bio se cache un petit coin de paradis ! Une merveilleuse propriété dotée d’une piscine magnifique, dans un écrin de verdure, entre palmiers, cactus géants, bananiers (et oui !), arbres à Kaki, à « pere delle nonne », pins et autres. Nous y avions côtoyé chats, chiens, lapin, oies, poules, coqs et chevaux, pour notre plus grand plaisir ! Et que dire des gargantuesques petits-déjeuners préparés avec goût et amour par notre rayon de soleil matinal, au bord de la piscine ? De plus, nous avions accès à la cuisine ouverte ainsi qu’à un frigo pour concocter nos propres petits plats durant la journée. La charmante et sympathique Paula est présente tous les jours pour s’assurer de notre confort et nous donner de précieux tuyaux sur la région, les restaurants et autres. Et j’allais oublier : la vue à couper le souffle sur l’Etna ! J’espère pouvoir y retourner prochainement ! Merci à toute l’ équipe de La Villa d’avoir contribué largement à ce que notre séjour à Giardini Naxos reste gravé dans nos cœurs !

En idyll nära till allt

Ett familjeägt B&B med personlig service. Vi vaknar till en vy av Etna och ljuden av gårdens höns. Varje morgon får vi provsmaka olika typiska sicilianska frukostar. Vi delar denna underbara miljö med gårdens djur som ser gården lika mycket som sin som den är gästernas. Bli inte förskräckt om du vaknar till en häst utanför rummet som våra grannar fick erfara. Vi hittade ett hem på Sicilien som vi gärna återvänder till.

Peaceful luxury (and horses!)

We spent a great 5 days here in early September 2018 and would return next year without hesitation. We had a huge bedroom, big pool and modern facilities and a relaxed and professional hostess (Paola). You will need a hire car, and you must go to the nearby lido with recycled deck chairs (ask Paola). Also there are horses grazing in the grounds that made this unique!
