With mountain views, Holiday Home Giugiò in Giardini Naxos is perfect for a relaxing vacation near the beach. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one of which has been recently renovated), and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating in all bedrooms, a fan, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and TV. A crib and high chair are also available.



The holiday home offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a grill. Nearby you will find a tobacconist, bars and a charming restaurant at 150 meters, the beach at 200 meters (reachable in less than 5 minutes), pubs, bars and restaurants in the city center at 350 meters, a supermarket at 500 meters, and local authorities, the central bus station and a pharmacy at 700 meters.



A parking space is available in the garage and free street parking is possible. Pets are allowed. Self check-in can be arranged. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. Two bicycles are provided and the property has storage for motorcycles and bicycles.
