"Douche du RDC pleine de moisi. Pas d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours. Peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Canapé en très mauvais état. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel dans une pièce insalubre. "From the get go, Alessandro & Ida were great with communication. Our flight was considerably late but Alessandro waited for our arrival and gave us a mini tour despite the time was past midnight. "Very far from anywhere. We took the metro and it was still far from the metro, bus is rare so we had to take a shuttle car. Qualiano seemed to be a remote area and far from central Naples. We knew from other reviews it was gonna be far but didn't know it was this far haha. Breakfast were only croissants and cereals. Room was a bit too small for 4 people, but the other room for 2 people was quite nice and spacious. The bathroom is also small, no place to put your bathroom amenities. Everytime we need to go out, we need to give our keys to the receptionist, which i don't understand why because I've never experienced such thing in other hotels. The AC is controlled by the receptionist, so if you need to turn the AC on, you need to tell them. However, we appreciate the help from the receptionist for arranging taxi for us to go to the airport."
