The service was good and the staff were helpful. The room was spacious and the location is convenient, with shopping malls and many places nearby to visit. However, the room was not well soundproofed, so we could still hear noise from outside. The refrigerator was not clean and still had items left by the previous guest. The bedsheets also looked old and worn. Overall, the location and service are good, but the cleanliness and soundproofing could be improved.

At first I thought only the sheer number of people and the incense sticks being burned attributed to it, and then I felt something hit me on my shoulder.
