The check-in process was excellent, the best I've ever experienced. The staff were wonderful and so incredibly helpful and friendly, in particular Tracey and Louisa. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, with great amenities and quiet.

Loved everything about this hotel, from the moment I walked in its doors. The reception staff was polite, professional, and fast. The room was immaculate. Jack, the General Manager, obviously trains his staff to a high level of service, and if you meet him when you're there, you'll find him charming and extremely helpful, like old-school service we used to get at the best five-star hotels in Europe (before they were mostly bought out by conglomerates or chains). His kind attention made me feel that the hotel is now a home away from home for me, and I am looking forward to getting back there as soon as I can
