"I was going to hold off reviewing this place until after things were solved with the property management. Apparently they are taking the stance of no refund despite the issues so here we go. Do not expect the place to look like the pictures. This should be a no brainer but it was not even close. Right off the bat we had an issue with the management. We booked it and called saying we were going to arrive while over an hour away. We were told we would be sent the information on how to enter...

"The cabin is cozy and dry and had a few perks! The espresso machine and the hot tub, the slippers and robes, the BBQ , had a spot to tie my hammock…what more do you need!?! The hosts are extremely kind. And having an indoor bathing while glamping is always nice! Would love to go back and check out their yurt next. "

"The property seems unkept. The dome curtains are falling down, the floor is dirty (sun flower shells left behind and floor sticky in some areas), the bedding has a coffee stain, no towels )like the other domes), no hand soap to was hands, one half toilet paper roll, directions aren't clear (really hard to get too), no access to lake, patios are falling apart and are dangerous as rotten, deck furniture broken, no charcoal for BBQs and no wood for fire pits. It's not luxury domes, just domes. "

"There were eight of us staying at the property. The furniture is very sparse, old, stained, and or broken. There is very little glassware and cutlery. On my first evening there, I had to eat my steak dinner with a spoon. There were only wine glasses and coffee cups, no other kind of glassware. Only 4 outside chairs, no patio table, except for a small, fold-up table. The hot tub had not been cleaned in a long time, so we could not use it. This is our 8 year of renting VRBOs all over BC and Alberta, and it was the worst experience to date. Especially for the money they charge, I would expect more. Do Not Book! the attached image sums it up."

"The place was definitely not luxurious, host was nice and dome was clean with a comfortable bed. Washrooms were clean. Directions should be better, host tried to help us, but maps took us back and forth 3x adding additional 50 mins of commute. Locals weren’t familiar with the domes at the gas station. No signs at the roads or entrance leading to the place, 1st time we entered and left because there was a house with a no trespassing sign. No firepits were present in each dome, I found one broken 3 legged firepit on the side of the washroom trailer and propped it up using bigger stones I found on the ground. The deck flooring was ripping apart. It was very cold at night despite having a heater, make sure you bring layers. We stayed in July and it was 0 degrees at night.Despite the issues, we managed to make the best of it and enjoy the Milky Way night sky and the view of the water. We got to see reindeers!"
