"I had extremely comfort staying from the morning to the night. From the reception, they showed very nice kindness. And housekeepers as well. The most enjoyable time is at breakfast restaurant. Mr. Mohamad and Yousef they made me so fun and showed the best services. It was professional. They know what i wanted. Made me so welcome. Appreciate excellent services"

"I highly recommend anyone looking to relax in the summer time to choose this hotel. The main reason I gave this hotel a 5-star review is due to the staff. By the pool, Nadim was at my side willing to help me with anything I needed, and was friendly and likable. Rima was a great waitress. The dining staff was also excellent, especially Iman and Sybell, the hostess and waitress at their dine-in restaurant. They were very helpful and lovely. I also loved this hotel's facilities and amenities. They have the best shower I ever used."
