E204 Winterplace Condo

Ski in ski out condo onto the slopes of Winterplace Ski Resort. It is located on the second floor and the balcony overlooks the `Last Chance` slope. The condo sleeps 10 with two Queens, bunkbeds, and pull out couch. The kitchen is equipped with essentials including a coffee maker, pots and pans, an above range microwave, dishwasher, and everything you`ll need for your stay. The living room contains an electric fireplace and a view out the sliding door onto the slopes.
There is a $100 non refundable pet fee.

DUE TO HOA RESTRICTIONS:
All pets must be mentioned at the time of booking. All pets must be smaller than 40 pounds, and no aggressive breeds are permitted. Please clean up after your pet. Guests violating the pet rules may be denied access or asked to leave.
