"Exceptional Staff and service"

"I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We were hoping for a more traditional Moroccan breakfast, but instead it was more of a standard continental buffet you would find in many hotels around the world. They did serve Moroccan tea and there were a couple of cold msemen, which was a nice touch. The breakfast itself was good, just not quite the authentic Moroccan experience we were expecting. I imagine the hotel is mainly catering towards business travellers. But all in all it was a very nice stay"

Normally very quiet, although on one night, around 2 am, city workers spent more than an hour trimming trees on a nearby street with an obnoxiously loud saw!!(not the hotel's fault). "

"Pre-arranged for my mother to have a handicap- accessible room and was told upon arrival it would not be available, all rooms were booked. Staff was neither accommodating nor compassionate. "

"This is a gem of a hotel. Modern features do not detract from its historic splendor. The staff is lovely, food varied and well prepared. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and lovely decor and details - impecably cleaned by lovely friendly staff. The garden and outdoor terrace / restaurant are also lovely."
