"The hotel itself was very good customer service and amazing housekeeping. The staff was always helpful, the rooms are nice and clean. The only thing I would say we didn’t enjoy was the location. The area is really busy and has a lot of traffic due to construction but other than that the hotel is great. Some great cafes in the area too! "

"All members of staff at the W were friendly and welcoming. We booked a terrace room which had stunning views over the beach to the Dubai Skyline. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, great shower, and housekeeping ensured that we were stocked up on complimentary water/coffees throughout our stay. The vibe was relaxed and the room decor was contemporary glam. We only stayed one night but would love to return soon for a longer stay. "
