The room was spotless, very spacious. The room could use a table and chair. The staff throughout was very courteous and helpful. Very friendly from the time I arrived until leaving. My only concern is the booking process. Need to have travel agencies in agreement with Westgate policy to assure no misunderstandings.

The room was nice, small but nice! What I did not like was there is no microwave either in room or lobby to heat up anything! Staff nice and helpful when asking for places to go etc! View from the room was decent I cd see Times Square to the right

Rooms are average: kind of flimsy bed, dirty windows to the outside, low water pressure in the shower, sandpaper towels. Elevators have wires showing at the top - worn down wood/metals. Casino is incredibly dated. Outside is also just dated and worn. Staff was very friendly - getting us into a king room (vs. the assigned run-of-house double) with no argument. Much appreciated.
