"Have stayed here several times and have been very satisfied. This time housekeeping let us down. We stayed two nights, left a $10 tip for housekeeping after the first night. They took the money, emptied the trash and left. No replacement towels, beds were not made, no refill on the coffee service in the room, counters were not cleaned, just took the tip and left."
