Kind of what you expect for a hotel in Hanover, PA. Staff was pleasant, room was clean (I did find a dead cricket in the bathroom, no one’s fault), and overall got what I paid for. Easy to check-in and out. It served its purpose. Thank you.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, & well-maintained. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of hot & cold options available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We are so glad we chose this hotel for our trip to Gettysburg, even though we had to drive a short distance to Gettysburg. It was worth it!

The staff was extremely helpful and informative. The breakfast and 24/7 coffee was very good. The only issue was the room was old and beat , bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close, neither would the nightstand draw. The bathroom was in dire need of overhaul, peeling wallpaper, stains and such. A/c worked well but was noisy and gurgled throughout the night. I don't think I would stay there again.

Seriously impressed with this facility. It was very nice in the interior and the bedrooms weren't cramped. The breakfast was far better than I could have imagined for a hotel breakfast. They had hot food--eggs, seasoned potatoes, bacon, and a pancake maker that gave you two fresh pancakes in 1-2 minutes just by pressing a button--as well as typical continental items and fresh fruit. They also rotated which hot sides they served so you didn't have the same thing every morning. Staff was very freindly and they had complimentary items they could give you if you forgot to pack something. Shower water pressure was typical, so not super strong but not too bad either. Overall, absolutely would stay here again.

Only stayed for one night but enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was very friendly, my room was very clean and had everything I could ask for, and the complimentary breakfast went above my expectations in terms of variety. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll stay here again.
