Room was decorated nicely but it was obvious the tile floor in the sink area had not been swept or mopped. Small trash left in the corner under the sink, behind the trash can. Dust bunny under the suitcase rack. Other specks of dirt near tub. Made me feel like they probably didn’t vacuum either so I looked closely and found evidence that was also true. Cleanliness should be most important at a hotel.

The staff was very rude. The room service never showed up to maintain our room. There was no breakfast as advertised three out of the five mornings of our stay. Security doors were left unlocked at all times allowing anyone to walk in. My room had a bug in the bed the moment we walked in and the sheets were not clean. Overall would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I for sure will never stay at a Best Western again. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

The best thing about this place was location and staff . The bed was clean but the rest of my room was dirty and very dusty Mirrors were smeared the towels were tossed up on shelves , bathroom tub had hair and dirt and soap grime Toilet was questionable,microwave and fridge were dirty with food in them There was no pamphlet on tv , coffee maker very dusty And the air conditioner didn’t work half the time very disappointed

We were in Shippensburg for a concert at the University and decided we didn't want to drive home late and booked a room at the Best Western Shippensburg. The property is a bit older but the room and the beds were clean and the hotel fit the bill for what we needed and at a very good value. The front desk and breakfast room staff were very nice and we had everything we needed.

The water in the shower was Luke warm and the shower head was difficult to adjust! The shower curtain failed to prevent water from leaking on to the floor! There was "one" small soap for the sink and none for the shower. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this motel.

The property exterior was very clean and neat. The lobby was clean and the pool was fantastic. The hot tub and sauna were fully functional. If you have small kids I highly recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised. I have stayed at other Best Western motels that were not sufficiently renovated. This one was very clean, staff was friendly, the hot/ cold breakfast was amazing! I recommend it highly!

Decent budget hotel

Nice location and grounds, nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast buffet, but our room could have used a deep cleaning. Bathroom was barely clean, and our lamps didn’t even have lampshades….

Excellent hotel

Everything was excellent from the girl that checked me in, the breakfast was delicious and the woman that worked in the dining room are the best. The food was delicious and the room is very clean. The woman that checked me out was very friendly and pleasant. The grounds outside are very clean also. I don’t mind paying more if it’s worth it.
