Cosy gîte in winegrower's house - Ophélia 3 persons

The cottage Ophélia is a 60m2 cottage for 3 people located on the first floor, in the attic of the wine cellar ZEYSSOLFF. It has individual electric heating and air conditioning. Its exposed beams associated with its molten tones make this apartment an authentic and modern cottage. A living room with TV and sofa invite you to relax. A kitchen area is at your disposal. 2 independent rooms are composed of one of 2 single beds and the other of a double bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet.



Booking conditions

In order to facilitate the management of our cottages, all our reservations are made directly online. Price all charges included (heating, electricity and tourist taxes). Sheets and beds made on arrival. Towels provided.

At the foot of Mont St Odile, halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg. Cottage in wine estate, in the heart of the vineyards, located on the 1st floor. Access by independent entrance on Gutbrod street. Closed courtyard.

Winery apartment

Great place and wonderful location. Had a little trouble getting in to the apartment and had no hot water one morning, but other than that a great stay and Yvan and Celine were great hosts, particularly the wine tasting they did for us at their tasting room. Lots of fun.

Lovely holiday in a calm place

We really enjoyed our stay in Gertwiller with our 3-year-old child. Easy and friendly communication with the hosts, clean apartment in a calm environment, good for hiking, visiting nice villages such as Barr or cities like Colmar, Strasbourg, sights such as castle Haut-Kœnigsbourg. Supermarket around the corner, train station nearby.

A week at the Winery

We booked 6 autumn nights here, and the rental included a winery tour and tasting of their produce (very good). Watched grapes being pressed from our gite window. The village was very quiet, but had an excellent supermarket, and a gingerbread museum. Visited nearby Barr (also quiet) and Obernai (lively, with lots of shops and a tourist train). Locals friendly.

Location, Location, Location

The apartment was strategically located in the Alsace Region to visit all the villages and sites I wanted to see. It was very clean. I thought the check in-process could have been handled differently as you have to go to the winery every time you have a question or need something. The employees there are working and they are in hurry when the interact with you as they have a job to get back to. Never met the owner of the property. I would also rent another apartment that had a washing machine. There was a shared washing machine in a utility room that is shared. It is old and difficult to operate even the employees from the winery had trouble trying to figure it out. I think if you rented one of the apartments with a machine it would be easier in the long term. I was there almost two weeks so my situation may be different than the average person staying a shorter length of time.

Wunderschönes Elsass

Mein Mann und ich waren für eine Woche im wunderschönen Elsass. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs, wanderten am Grand Ballon, schauten uns die kleinen Orte mit ihren tollen Fachwerkhäusern an. In Straßburg hatten wir auch die Räder dabei. Sehr empfehlenswert. Mit dem Auto auf einen der Park&Ride Parkplätze und dann mit dem Rad die Stadt erkunden, herrlich! Gertwiller war für uns als Ausgangspunkt optimal. Und der Wein von Zeyssolff ist sehr lecker! In der Wohnung fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Und über die Klimaanlage haben wir uns bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad sehr gefreut. Gerne wieder!
