Welcome to our cozy apartment in Gersthofen, ideally located close to the city center with many shopping options such as bakeries, butchers, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. You have excellent access to the A8 motorway towards Munich and Stuttgart, and Augsburg can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
The apartment is spread over two levels and is modernly furnished. Whether for business or leisure, you will find everything you need here:

• Living room with TV (Amazon Prime) and comfortable pull-out sofa
Lower level:
• Bedroom/office/dressing room with a high-quality box spring bed (140x200)
• Stylish bathroom with walk-in rain shower and underfloor heating (throughout the lower level)
• Kitchenette with 2 hobs, oven/microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, dishes & cutlery, and a fridge
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. You can park your car directly in front of the entrance.
There is also a laundry room in the building with a washing machine and dryer, which you can use for an additional fee.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden ! Kleine Küche mit alles Geräten, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Microwelle. Spiele für Spieleabende sind sogar da. Anschluss zur Autobahn oder Bundesstraße sehr gut. In der Umgebung genug Ausflugsziele. Kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und komme bestimmt nochmal. Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin super !
