The listed Vogtshaus is located in the charming spa and holiday town of Gernsbach, known for its beautiful historic old town. You reach the 60 sqm apartment on the first floor via a private entrance.



A free parking space for your car is available on the street. The nearest bus stop is just a few meters from the apartment, and Gernsbach Mitte train station is about 1 km away. From the house, you can enjoy scenic hiking trails, such as those along the Murg river.



Nearby cities like Baden-Baden and Offenburg can be reached within half an hour. Thanks to the proximity to France, a day trip to Strasbourg is also possible, with a travel time of about 70 minutes.



The apartment is on the first floor and offers 60 sqm of space. There is one bedroom with a double bed for up to 4 guests, plus a sofa bed in the living room for 2 more. Two folding beds are also available for additional guests. The living room features a dining area for 4. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, and other appliances. A baby cot is provided.

Nette FeWo in guter Lage, leider hat die Wohnung unangenehm gerochen

Pros: Schöne zweckmäßige Einrichtung, sauber, gute Lage (1 km zum Bahnhof, Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen) Freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin Cons: Unangenehmer Geruch während unseres Aufenthalts, keine Infos in der Ferienwohnung (z.B. WLAN Passwort, Angebote vor Ort, Kurkarte etc.) Schlafsofa für zwei Personen recht eng Angegebenes zweites Klo war nicht nutzbar.

Der Aufenthalt war schön, allerdings ist die Wohnung nicht unbedingt für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Ich kann noch laufen, aber bei einem zweiten Aufenthalt wird es schwierig.
