Es ist eine tolle Gegend und die Anlage hat einen schönen Park mit Pool und Palmen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und vom Balkon sieht man den Park und den See. Man kann einfach einen entspannten Tag direkt dort verbringen oder die Umgebung, den See und die kleinen Städte erkunden.Da es etwas oberhalb der Stadt liegt und der Weg recht steil ist, ist man besser mit dem Auto unterwegs, falls man etwas braucht. Dafür ist es aber auch ruhiger als unten am See. Das Parken ist unkompliziert.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und der Preis ist fair. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, wenn wir ein bisschen Erholung brauchen.

Unser Espressokännchen und unsere Messer hatten wir zum Glück dabei. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist Top. Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Ansonsten sehr entspannt. Ein gutes Bett.

Tres bel appartement, bien équipé avec superbe vue

Hôtes très sympathiques et serviables. Excellent accueil. Appartement avec vue sur le lac. Ideal pour les enfants car activités extérieures variées et sur place: piscine, balançoire, terrain foot et tennis, table de ping pong. Vue sur lac ainsi que sir les activités citées. Appartement in Hochhaus mit etlichen Mängeln

Leider war bei der Beschreibung der FeWo nicht erkennbar, dass diese sich in einem Hochhaus mit 7 Etagen und ca. 70 Einheiten befindet, sonst hätten wir nicht gebucht! Entsprechend groß war unsere Enttäuschung bei Ankunft, daran konnte auch die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore nichts ändern (übrigens von einem Balkon, der zu keiner Tageszeit Sonne hat). Weitere, konkrete Mängel: die angegebene Zentralheizung entpuppte sich als lärmendes "Klimagerät" (das auch Wärme abgibt), im Bad hängt ein altertümlicher Heizstrahler, insgesamt konnte die Wohnung kaum angenehm temperiert werden, was Ende April insbesondere morgens und abends notwendig ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr veraltet, Highlight im negativen Sinne auch der Duschvorhang, den man nicht berühren möchte.... Einzig positiv aus unserer Sicht ist die das Haus umgebende, sehr gepflegte Parkanlage inkl. Pool, dort kann man sich wohl fühlen. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber das alleine reicht halt nicht. Wir waren nur 3 Nächte dort, länger wären wir auch nicht mehr geblieben, insgesamt sehr schade.

Schöne Aussenanlage

Die Vermieter sind nett, die Außenanlage schön und gepflegt, vom 2. Stock hatten wir vom Balkon aus einen schönen Blick auf den See. In der Wohnung war alles notwendige vorhanden. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohnanlage ist über eine relativ steile Straße zu erreichen, so dass eigentlich immer ein Auto nötig war.

Gute Preisleistung und grosser Swimmingpool

Von der Wohnung aus kann man den Swimmingpool gut überblicken und er war nie überfüllt (eventuell wegen Covid-19). Die Wohnung ist nicht top modern, aber ein sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Schöne Woche in Germignaga

Eine gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer schönen Wohnanlage auf einem parkähnlichen Gelände. Das Vermieterehepaar ist reizend, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Den positiven Äußerungen schließen wir uns uneingeschränkt an. Wir haben im Juni 3 Wochen hier verbracht. Die Kombination aus sommerlicher Hitze draußen und der zuschaltbaren Klimaanlage für eine perfekte Nachtruhe lässt keine klimatischen Wünsche offen. Die Waschmaschine im Bad erlaubt eine deutliche Reduktion an mitgeführter Kleidung, ebenso wie das zubuchbare Wäschepaket (Bettwäsche/Handtücher). Die Eigentümer sind absolut herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das schließt auch deren Tochter (spricht auch gut Englisch) und den Schwiegersohn ein, die uns auch eine Reihe sehr guter Tipps gaben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke für diese wunderbare Gastfreundschaft!

SehSchönes Appartement in ruhiger Anlage mit toller Blick auf den See

Das Appartement ist gut erreichbar, die gesamte Anlage (inkl. Pool und Tennisplatz) sehr gepflegt. In der Küche war alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Sehr schön ist auch der Balkon mit großem Esstisch, so dass man beim Essen den Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore genießen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt.

Sehr schön gelegene Appartement Anlage

Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig! Ein ehemaliges Hotel das zu einer Appartement Anlage umfunktioniert wurde. Das Appartement ist etwas oberhalb von Germinaga gelegen und strategisch sehr gut gelegen. Die nächst größere Stadt Luino und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Germignaga ist ein wunderschönes und historisches Städtchen dass in den engen Gassen zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Wohnung als auch die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Es fehlte an nichts! Bis auf das rascheln der Tiere im nahegelegenen Wald hört man hier nichts und kann einfach die Ruhe und das unbezahlbare Panorama auf den Lago Maggiore bei einem Glas Wein genießen. Die Eigentümer sind ganz herzliche Menschen die unser sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt haben und die uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Seite standen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke für diese wunderbare Gastfreundschaft! :)

Bon accueil et site très agréable

L'appartement est très bien pour 2 personnes dans un site très agréable et calme en mai. La route pour y accéder et très pentue et étroite mais après quelques jours nous nous y sommes faits. Il manque quelques accessoires tel que couverts à salade, petits plats, sèche cheveux, étendoir à linge plus grand,. Nous aurions pu demander aux propriétaires ( très sympathiques et à l"écoute) qui nous auraient satisfaits. Sommes prêts à y retourner.

Merveilleuses vacances

Depuis trois ans, nous louons le même appartement à Euroville/Germignaga au Lago Maggiore. L'accès est facile, le parking est bien clôturé, les alentours sont très propres tout comme la piscine etc. A l'intérieur les ascenseurs fonctionnent très bien, la propreté dans la résidence est bien garantie. L'appartement est très bien pour maximum 4 adultes, cuisine, machine à vaisselle, 4 plaques électriques, salle de bains avec machine à laver, living et chambre à coucher. Les propriétaires sont d'une véritable amabilité et veillent à ce que notre séjour est des plus agréables. Une seule chose qui manque, c'est le Wifi (Internet) dans la résidence pour tous les appartements... mais on garde l'espoir, car cette année au mois d'août 2015 nous y retournerons. Merci Graziella et Giovanni pour tout, ci vediamo securamento in Agosto.

Seul bémol, la plage du village est quand même à plus d''un km, le super marché pareil. on peut y descendre à pied mais la route est pentue. si, vous avez des enfants, n''oubliez pas les raquettes de tennis ou de ping-pong, badminton ....
