Step out of the kitchen onto the balcony and enjoy your first coffee in the morning before strolling to the residence's pool, or end the day outdoors with a glass of wine.



There is direct access to a lakeside pedestrian path from the park of the complex, take lovely walks, let your children climb in the nearby playground and stop off at a restaurant along the way. Take a ferry from Luino to the Borromean Islands or other towns on the lake.
