A playground is opposite the house. Alpe Colla is just 1 km away, with a mountain hut serving lunch or dinner and another playground. A small grocery shop is a few metres from the house in the village. A book with leaflets and activity tips is on the desk.



Breakfast is included: on arrival, guests will find a basic self-service kit in the cupboard, with Italian and instant coffee, jams, small cakes, tea and herbal teas. In winter, the kit is in the TV room.



An on-site parking space or free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed, excluding cats. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property is above the owner's home. Although some guests may find it full of objects, these are the owner's personal keepsakes.
