In the district of Gerlosberg 5 km from the centre of Zell, 10 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a secluded position on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service on request. 4.5 km long steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Gerlosberg Oberberg" 140 m, railway station "Zell a.Z. Bahnhof" 7.5 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Prachtige woning met uitzonderlijk mooi uitzicht.

2 Weken genoten van een schitterend uitzicht. Een ruime woning, vriendelijke ontvangst. Enkele minputen: Voor een woning voor 9 personen is de koelkast erg klein. Helaas werd tijdens ons verblijf verbouwd. Als onze 2 jarige dochter rond 8 uur naar bed ging begon de herrie. Gelukkig nooit na 10 uur. Wifi deed het vaak niet. De totale vakantie-ervaring was prima. Na een vrij lange rit naar boven, maakt het uitzicht alles goed. Let wel op splinters in het balkon en de bank buiten met kl. kinderen.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Die Lage ist ideal. Bushaltestelle quasi vor dem Haus und Fahrtdauer nur 5 min. Bei genügend Schnee gibt es eine schöne Abfahrt zum Haus, nur war das dieses Jahr leider nicht möglich. Lebensmittel sollte man alle mitbringen, da das Haus recht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt liegt. Brötchenservice ab Montag. Frische Milch vom Hof. Dieses Jahr bekamen wir keine Anfahrtsbeschreibung von Interchalet. Da wir aber schon mal dort waren, war es für uns kein Problem.

Kurzer Weg zur Piste

Wir waren recht zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat, war die Bettwäsche und das es kein Wohnzimmer gab. Ansonsten können wir uns nicht beschweren! Der Weg zur Mittelstation war ein Traum. 5 min mit dem Bus :)

Einfache Unterkunft in schöner Lage

Wir reisten mit 4 Erw.+5 Kids über X-mas. Das 1.Problem waren die Heizungen: erst sind sie gar nicht warm geworden, nach (selbständiger) Entlüftung, besserte es sich. Allerdings fkt.in einem oberen Schlafzimmer d.gesamte Zeit die Heizung nicht (auch nachdem wir es angesprochen haben). Das nächste war die Freundlichkeit-noch nicht mal zu Weihnachten gab es einen Gruß, Brötchenservice wurde nur 1x angeboten, am Ende war es der Gastherrin zu viel Müll,so d.wir EINEN Joghurtbecher mitnehmen sollten

Wir waren zum 2. Mal mit mehre...

Wir waren zum 2. Mal mit mehreren Kindern in der Wohnung. Trotz lebhafter Kinder gab es nie Klagen der Vermieterin. Wohnung wurde sauber und warm übergeben, Heizung hat funktioniert und es gab immer warmes Wasser zum Duschen.Leider fiel einmal der Brötchenservice aus, es ist also empfehlenswert immer einen Notvorrat mitzunehmen.Neu ist der Skischuhtrockner im Heizungskeller, so gehört das Trocknen der Schuh auf den Heizungsrohren der Vergangenheit an.Schneeketten waren diesen Urlaub Pflicht um zu der Ferienwohnung zu kommen. Skiabfahrt von der Schnitzelhütte/Sportalm zur Ferienwohnung war ein Traum durch den tiefverschneiten Wald. Reisetipps: Alle anderen Skigebiete im Zillertal. Jeder Besucher des Skigebietes Zell am Ziller muss sich bewusst sein, dass dieses eines der ersten Gebiete ist, welches die Liftanlagen wegen Sturm etc. sperrt. Ein Wechsel in ein anderes Skigebiet ist aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung nicht ganz einfach. Weiter ist der Verbindungslift zwischen Zell und Gerlos eine Katastrophe. Oft gesperrt oder wegen techn. Defekte und der Länge der Anlage langsam (keine Wetterhaube vorhanden). Leider lässt die Pistenpflege auch zu wünschen übrig bei diesem ehr anspruchsvollen Skigebiet. Skibusse fahren von der Ferienwohnung um 8.35 h und 9.35 h, leider ist der Skibus in der Hauptsaison oft überfüllt und fährt durch, so dass ein zweiter Bus ca. 10 min. später folgt, dann kann es jedoch knapp werden pünktlich um 10 Uhr an der Skischule auf der Rosenalm anzukommen, mit dem Fazit, dass der Kurs bereits gestartet ist und ggf. im Skigebiet unterwegs ist.
