"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"many things, the room manual with places to eat and historical locations to visit. The shower was so nice and LARGE. Nice to be able to turn around and not bump into the control handle, or bend over to wash your toes. The bed was very comfortable. The Air Conditioner actually works. Plus we did not hear any of the other guests during the night, but we know new guests arrived and departed during our stay. Also great location, easy to walk to the City Center, or take a bus to any part of the city....

"I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, so close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and also close to public transport. Easy to access the beach by bus! Daniela and Guido were great hosts. They made sure to check in with me every so often and ask if there was anything I needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back!"

"It’s an unstaffed hotel. You check in through WhatsApp and get a code to the door. All of that worked very well. It’s nice and clean and in a nice neighbourhood in central Cagliari. There was a manhole cover on the street outside the window that made a loud noise every time a car drove by, which was often. Since I’m a light sleeper that wasn’t ideal for me. The room was supposed to be cleaned from 11 am onwards, but the cleaning staff came earlier which meant our room wasn’t cleaned during our...

"This place is in great location, best restaurants, all walkable, complimentary breakfast is superb "

"This accommodation was lovely and in a great location to walk to most of the main sites. However, the parking was quite a walk and was miserable with the luggage we had. The taxis cannot go up to the location although they can meet you about a block from the apartment. The breakfast was dry packaged items. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and hot water. The balcony was nice for drying clothes and getting fresh air. "

"Very nice place, close to the city center. Clean and neat. Sweet owner, the access to the rooms is with a card that beeps loud everytime you use it. Might be loud. Overall everything was perfect. Will definitely come again "
