"Daha önce de konakladigimiz bir otel. Normalde begendigimiz , temizligi ve ferahlığı iyi bir otel. Bu seyahatimizde ilginc bir sekilde daha giris anından çıkıs anına kadar her gördüklerinde sehir vergilerini ne zaman ödeyeceksiniz, otoparkı ne zaman ödeyeceksiniz diye defalarca sordular. Hatta giriste daha valizler elimizdeyken sormaya başladilar. Gerekceleri de odemeden kaçanlar varmış. Misafirlerine hırsız muamelesi yapmayi birakmalari lazim. "The hotel is pretty run down, need a a lot of maintenance. The carpet in the room was dirty, the mattresses on the bed were worn and you sunk in them when laid in the bed. Towels were small. The bathroom was clean but one of the doors was missing from the shower cubicle and there was a piece of shower curtain hanging to replace the door. Breakfast was OK. There’s a lot to be desired for the price we paid for this room. "

"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel.
