Grundsätzlich ist es ein nettes Ferienhaus mit einigen Schwächen. Zu beanstanden wäre insbesondere die Treppe die in den 1. Stock führt, da kein Handlauf vorhanden ist. Der Schlafbereich ist spartanisch eingerichtet, da keine Ablage (Stuhl o.ä.) für die Kleidung vorhanden ist. Das Bett (Futon) ist nur für Personen ohne Rückenprobleme geeignet. Die Fenster im Erdgeschoss haben keine Rollläden o.ä., so dass die Innenräume von außen jederzeit einsehbar sind. Am Esstisch sind eine Bank und drei Stühle vorhanden. Die Stühle sind jedoch so hoch das die Beine (selbst für Kinder) nicht unter den Tisch passen, also vollkommen ungeeignet. Die Ausstattung der Küche (Besteck, Geschirr) ist bunt zusammengewürfelt, lässt also Wünsche offen.Als Fazit lässt sich festhalten, dass mit minimalem Aufwand konkrete Verbesserungen realisiert werden könnten, wodurch die Unterkunft schöner und sicherer gestaltet werden kann.
