They quickly received the hotelpayment and the information about the hotel was missleading information,  unexisting services were mentioned on the hotel, no resoect of requests either and they did not even have a cooperation with the hotel. "Overall it was fine the building is brand new. Housekeeping was everyday and the staff is polite. Just keep in mind that breakfast is served at the coffee shop and has limited offers. "

"Pics are deceiving… the pool was closed at 6 pm, not 7 as they say. The beach is accessible through a steep hill (no stairs) and the elderly will barely make it. Resort needs more renovations. Nothing but small towns/villages around, no walking paths. You’re pretty much locked in the hotel. Food was good but the choice was limited like in Cuban hotels. No evening entertainment programs.
